Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using cyclecoach.ai, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Account requirements
You must be at least 18 years old. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
3. The service
CycleCoach generates AI-assisted cycling training plans and per-workout feedback based on data you provide and data you choose to connect (e.g., Strava, Withings). The service is provided for informational and training-planning purposes only. CycleCoach is not a medical service. Consult a qualified medical professional before starting any new training programme. We do not warrant any specific training outcome, fitness improvement, or freedom from injury.
4. Connected accounts
If you connect Strava, Withings, or any other third-party account, your use of those services is governed by their own terms. You must comply with those terms in addition to ours. You can disconnect a third-party account at any time from CycleCoach’s Settings page or from the third party’s own settings.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer or scrape the service; submit data you don’t have permission to share; use the service to harass or harm others; or attempt to bypass any access controls or rate limits.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@cyclecoach.ai. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CycleCoach’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred pounds (£100), whichever is greater.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
